I am a transformational school improvement leader in the international private school sector. I have lead schools through the opening phases of a "greenfield" project and will be leading the opening of the fifth school in the last 8 years. Each one has been very successful in terms of enrollment growth, financial returns and most importantly the quality of education leading to accelerated student outcomes. Alongside opening new schools, I have supported colleagues and led on school improvement projects moving schools in my cluster into higher inspection ratings, more financial sustainability and greater enrollment growth. These schools have now sustained this school improvement journey allowing us to grow the brand identity and successfully open new schools under the same banner.

I have invested a considerable amount of expertise in improving the international private school sector beyond my current full-time role with GEMS Education. I have the honour of sitting on the Executive Board for both the British Schools of the Middle East (BSME) and the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO). I work alongside the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) as a Lead Improvement Partner supporting schools wishing to gain accredited membership and also work with Penta International as a Lead Inspector/Inspector for British School Overseas (BSO) inspection visits. This investment highlights the dedication to support the entire sector to improve ensuring that all children across the global private international school community have the best quality education.

My passion is talent mapping, succession planning and fundamentally the development of people. I am committed to supporting all educators and those that support the operations of schools to have a pathway to success. I have worked alongside global partners to develop critical relationships that ensure all colleagues have access to world class professional development. These partnerships have allowed colleagues to develop their professional opportunities within the school environment growing into new roles and moving into leadership positions. I am very proud of the achievements so far in this area and have so much more to do.
