Dr. Funke Baffour-Awuah is an esteemed clinical psychologist, educator, and international speaker whose career spans over two decades at the dynamic intersection of wellbeing, leadership, and education. Currently serving as Corporate Head of Wellbeing at GEMS Education, Dr. Funke spearheads the design and implementation of holistic whole-school wellbeing frameworks, placing a special emphasis on teacher wellbeing as a cornerstone of educational excellence and long-term sustainability.
Throughout her career, Dr. Funke has pioneered transformative initiatives such as GEMS Leadership Gemstones—a values-driven leadership program—and Beyond100, which fosters a whole-community approach to wellbeing and longevity.
