Mahdiya Luqman is the Founder and Director of Gifted Hands Development Centre, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and promoting inclusive education in the UAE. She is also a Special Educator and Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience in creating innovative pathways for young adults with SEND to achieve independence, social inclusion, and skill-based empowerment.
