Carrie Green
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over 20 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals across the U.S., Ireland, and the UAE. My professional journey has always been about more than just programs and protocols—it’s been about people, their stories, and their potential.
As a mom of three (one of whom is neurodivergent), I know firsthand the challenges, joys, and resilience that come with parenting. That personal experience has shaped the way I approach my work: with compassion, curiosity, and an unwavering belief that every individual deserves to thrive in their own unique way.
In addition to my work with children and families, I provide Wellness and Behavioral Coaching for adults who are seeking to create meaningful change in their lives. Whether it’s managing stress, reshaping habits, navigating family dynamics, or finding clarity during life’s transitions, I integrate evidence-based behavioral strategies with mindfulness, acceptance & commitment practices, and heart-centered coaching. My goal is to help individuals find balance, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
I founded Thriving Souls as an extension of these values—a community and practice where behavior meets heart, and where families, professionals, and individuals can find the tools and support to flourish. But at the core, my work has always been about empowering people to see their strengths, embrace their challenges, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
