Mona Baba Merii is an independent Education Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of international experience.  She has successfully established and transformed numerous Student Support and Special Education Needs (SEN) departments across a variety of schools in the UAE. With a diverse background as a teacher, SENCo, leader, consultant, and coach, she brings a unique perspective that positively impacts students, parents, and educators alike.  A dedicated advocate for responsible and effective inclusion, Mona continually seeks out best practices and delivers training and workshops in both English and Arabic.  Her commitment to educational excellence has earned her the Sheikh Zayed Private Academy’s Award.  She holds a Master of Arts in Education from the Institute of Education, University College London (UCL), UK.
