All schools are striving to be more inclusive but often the culture of a school can create inhospitable and exclusionary settings. In this talk we will identify common ways that school leaders put up barriers to inclusive schooling. Identifying the barriers can help leaders at all levels begin to dismantle them, small changes that lead to a big difference in student experience.
