In this presentation, Sami will draw on global evidence from ISC Research’s 2025 wellbeing white paper, alongside insights from international schools in MENA, to explore how wellbeing and inclusion are embedded in school culture. The session will examine strategies supporting students and staff, their intersection with SEND provision, and practical challenges leaders face. Attendees will gain evidence-informed insights and practical considerations for developing sustainable, inclusive wellbeing provision.
