Young adults with SEND often face a sudden loss of structured support after school, leaving many excluded from traditional employment pathways. This presentation reframes entrepreneurship education as a powerful, inclusive alternative, flexible, strengths-based, and dignity-centred. Through practical examples and clear design principles, participants will discover how accessible entrepreneurship programs can build confidence, independence, learner agency, and a strong sense of purpose for young adults with SEND.
